Dubai: Tameer Holdings yesterday said its Al Dana residential development is close to completion and will soon be available for its clients to take possession.
Construction of the sixth floor of Al Dana 1, located in Dubai International City, (part of a twin building development) has finally been completed, with all apartments in the building sold.
"We always endeavour to work swiftly and professionally with no lapse in the quality of our projects," said Ali Al Khudairi, CEO of Tameer Holding.
"The Al Dana developments are luxurious projects and we are certain its residents will enjoy the quality of living and superior amenities that will be provided here. "
The Al Dana 2 building was launched in early 2005, and the Al Dana 1 building has been officially scheduled for completion by the end of this year.
