Bhersaf Tourist Village in Lebanon by Reef Dubai: UAE-based Reef Real Estate recently launched the Bhersaf Tourist Village in Lebanon. The project consists of 17 luxury villas located in Bhersaf, upper mountain of Broumana with distinctive views as it faces the capital Beirut, the Mediterranean Sea and the famous Mountain Sanin. The project will be built at the shoulder of the mountain on an area of 23,000 square metres.

All villas consist of four-storey houses, designed to provide comfort and privacy for owners. There is a swimming pool for each villa and all of them have a good view of the sea and the capital city.

The total project cost is $20 million and it has been contracted with Erga Group for designing and supervision since the start of its preparation until the processing of the plot levelling. It is expected to be completed by the end of 2008. There will be air conditioning with cooling and heating available 24 hours a day, and an advanced security system.
