Downtown Jebel Ali garners strong interest: Limitless, the international real estate arm of Dubai World, has declared its first real estate development project Downtown Jebel Ali in Dubai, a grand success. The zones 1 and 2 (East Quarter and East Central) have been sold to local as well as international developers and investors within days of the launch.

Downtown Jebel Ali real estate project consists of four zones covering an 11 km stretch on Sheikh Zayed Road. Sales are currently open for zones 3 and 4 (West Central and West Quarter). Limitless will develop approximately 20% of Downtown Jebel Ali itself, while the remaining area is sold to investors.
