Plans were unveiled this week for Bahrain's Infinity Tower, the first ultra high end residential complex in the Kingdom, which is set to introduce a new standard in design ingenuity and luxury high-rise living.
The 50-storey structure, which is expected to be developed at a cost of approximately $150 million, will feature some 350 luxury apartments. These will range from well appointed one-bedroom loft apartments to sprawling double storey four bedroom duplex apartments and penthouses boasting sea and city views and equipped with 'skygardens' and infinity edge swimming pools.
Infinity Tower was conceptualised and designed by world renowned architects and engineering consultants WS Atkins, who have been responsible for the design of some of the Middle East's most unique and well-known structures including the Burj Al Arab and the Bahrain World Trade Center towers, to name a few. The building's development will be managed by DTZ Bahrain.
All apartments will project a modern, spacious and contemporary feel with open-plan layouts and balconies or outdoor spaces, allowing residents of Infinity Tower to experience the grandeur of villa life with the added luxury of unobstructed sea views enjoyed at heights that are unmatched by any other residential tower in Bahrain.
The development will be located on a 3,945 square metre 'island' plot with a built-up area of 85,000 square meters. The 'island' will be established from reclaimed land in a prime location within the heart of the Seef District. Infinity Tower will be just adjacent to the Seef Mall as well as the City Centre Mall, currently under construction.
In addition, the building will lie within proximity to a host of convenient access routes leading to and from Manama as well as the King Fahd Causeway to Saudi Arabia.
