Abu Dhabi flies world's largest aerial banner: Falcon Aviation Services LLC (FAS), wholly-owned company of HH Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Al Nayhan, Member, Executive Council, took to the skies over Abu Dhabi on the UAE National Day to set a new world record for the largest aerial banner ever flown. The banner was more than 50,000 square feet in size and was towed under a Bell 412 Aircraft.

The banner depicting the UAE flag was clearly visible from up to 20 kilometers away and the route was specifically designed to take the flag right across the capital making it visible to virtually the entire population of the city of Abu Dhabi. The idea for the sky high celebration on the UAE National Day came initially from HH Sheikh Sultan and Captain Salem Al Kayoumi, Chairman, FAS after FAS had initiated operations to conduct aerial banner towing as part of its growing aviation business.
