Burj Dubai, the iconic tower developed by global real estate developer Emaar Properties in Dubai, has scaled 158 levels and is now 598.5 m high. It is the centerpiece of Emaar’s flagship realty project, Downtown Burj Dubai worth Dh73 billion.
Cladding work of the tower is ongoing with 58 storeys already complete with high-performance cladding system. Burj Dubai is now taller than Taipei 101 (508 m) in Taiwan and CN Tower (553.33 m) in Toronto, Canada.
Burj Dubai is a mixed-use real estate development with residential, commercial, leisure, retail and hospitality components set on 500 acres of land in the heart of Dubai. Burj Dubai will feature residences, offices, retail space and hospitality elements including the world’s first Armani Hotel and Armani Residences.
