Aldar's Al Zeina Precinct, Abu Dhabi - Piling completes: ALDAR, the renowned Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer, has decided to launch the mixed-use realty development, Al Zeina, the strategic gateway to the Al Raha Beach Development in the capital of the UAE. The piling process is complete on Al Zeina while the laying the ground floor slabs is being carried out and is set for completion as early as the 4th quarter of 2009.

It will also feature private boat moorings, retail high street with local supermarket and shops, 1 jetty restaurant and several food and beverage outlets located on the retail high street. The Al Zeina precinct also houses a 500 m public beach; 1 of only 5 on the Al Raha Beach development.
